best settings

Hi could any one give me the some help with best graphic settings for my rig.
asus p5n32-e sli
2gb ddr3
2x8800gt sli
core2 duo e8500

Have a look at benchmarks for Crysis.
Sapphire HD 4890 Toxic / Vapor-X
Scroll right down to see Crysis. Now look at the benchmarks and resolutions. You should be able to play on Enthusiastic but on the lower resolutions. Any frames par second from 20+ will be playable smoothly.

Lower than that and you'll notice some form of lag, which might not be very playable.
Your graphics card is getting a bit outdated. You should be able to play on 1024x768 smoothly with about 30 FPS or 15 FPS at least for 1280x1024 resolution which again is just about playable. But in some cases it may lag since the frames per sonds may drop. Particularly when combating the enemies and driving the vehicle.

Again as you can see in benchmarks its not listed because it is too low.
Despite the fact that your having a 2X 8800GT its still roughly about, equivalent to a single ATI HD 4830 or a 9800GT.
