[EADM] Strat Button gryed out/ no order history

Hi,

today I saw that Crysis Warhead has been added to the EADM. When I tried to start the download it couldn't click on start, cause it is greyed out. I found the suggestion to click on the download button next to youtr order @ the EA Store, but when I type in my order number and passwords it says, that there are no orders....
If I try to log in via E-Mail and password, it's says I don't have any recent orders

Please help!

p.s. ****ing EA support hotline left me 12 minutes in the line till I was on position 3 and then they dropped me out.

I'll surley never use EADM again!!!
