I would like to ask ea sports if they are gonig to issue an update for this game that enables you to save in the middle of a game ?

They could also release a 360 BC patch at the same time - except they won't

I'm afraid there are no updates planned for the current Xbox version as far as I know, that includes backwards compatability for the 360.
