It's not certified compatible with Vista, but it does work.

Hi I'm using win 7 64 bit and the game runs fine, I'm personally just having issues trying to logon within the game for online play, but the game runs fine even though in the game write up says Vista 64 bit isn't supported. Win 7 64 bit is.
