Red Alert 3 Registration Code

I've registered my C&C Red Alert 3 but I can't seem to find my registration code?

Registration code? What for? The serial number you need to enter when installing the game is on the back of the manual.

Hi,
I have registered my C/C red alert I can play the game fine, I can login to EA, but I cannot login within the game and play online, my son wants to play a cooperative game, when I login it says my ID and number is in use.
I've emailed EA and they replied saying all was fine and that my game number was linked to my profile, but it doesn't work. I've sent another email, but I am a bit annoyed, that this should happen. Any ideas, I shall still await their reply.
