Will all versions of the game come with the Warhammer Online In-Game Item in the UK?

Game.co.uk has the premier edition listed with this note:
A C&C Red Alert 3-exclusive item for Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning (also available with the standard edition of C&C Red Alert 3).
