Just a general question....
My friend's 360 DVD drive has decided that Kanes Wrath looks and plays better with a big crack down the disk a couple of weeks after he bought it. Needless to say, it's unplayable now. Microsoft offer a disk replacement programme where the customer can replace disks broken due to accidental damage, and I'm wondering if EA do a similar thing? I know the games cheap new as it is, but a pound saved is a pound earned, etc...

Defects in the DVD are covered under the 90 day warranty, out of that you can buy a replacement disk for a reduced price.
Check the warranty information in the game manual for more information, you'll probably need to contact customer support to arrange it. |
