Default Stolen cd-key?

Hey.
I've sent my question directly to EA, and on their forums, got no answer.
Hopefully someone will help me here.

The problem is that after many hours of getting account to work, it looks like it works now. I'm entering my nickname and password, and bang.

The cd key you are trying to use is already registered.

Now hit me, where the hell is it registered?
I've tried to log in with my existing avatars at my old email, no luck game does not recognise their logins. So I had to create new account inside burnout.
Both new accounts - KeksMan55 and Chappi55 won't work because the game tells me the cd key is already registered.

So, umm could someone help me? I'm not going to buy another copy of this game for doing nothing.

Well, I've sent them a question.
It has been 2 days and nothing.
Do you know anyway, if this problem can be solved, or do I have to buy another game ?

Well, it's not a 100% happy ending :P
EA Customer support tracked my cd-key and realised that it is already registered to account. Not mine, so looks like the guy sold me a bum.
So, he's going to get me another cd-key or give me my cash back.

So to people that are going to buy burnout. You can get a funky cd-key even when you buy brand new game - people can open it, get the cd-key and wrap it in foil again. Like it was probably in my case.

Thanks again to EA Support.

I have bought new one.
Succesfully registered it at ea downloader profile ( adriank@polsat.net.pl)

Logging to multiplayer account on ( adriank@polsat.net.pl )
= this cd key is already registered somewhere else.
Hell yeah.

The most funny thing is that I've succesfully tied the cd-key to my account via ea download manager. Yet, the game still thinks that it is being used somewhere else. Nice, this is 2x70zł = 140zł = 2 Burnouts.
Since the guy that sold me the burnout couldn't believe in the first cd-key failure I had to buy another one. To hell with this I won't get third.
