Default connection/savegame problem

Hey everyone,

I am currently having some problems with my copy of burnout. I had burnout installed on my desktop and I was having some hardware issues and therefore had to use my laptop for some time. So I installed burnout on my laptop and everything seemed to connect online and all that as it did with my desktop. When I login to criterion games everything tells me which license I have and that I have 39 out of 75 cars. When I login then apparently I've got a class C license and only 6 cars. I want to know how I can get this fixed. I've fixed my desktop pc now and I've downloaded burnout onto it but now when I run the EA download manager everything seems fine until I get into game. I use the same details I used to login on my laptop except I get an error about connecting to the servers and needing the latest patch.

Does anyone have any idea how I can fix this?

Thanks in advance,

Jo

the other cars are they the online cars
if so on the pc you need to be connected to the internet
some cars do not show off line

can you update the patch then use you r lat top to down load then use usb to put on to you pc .........
or use the pc to down load the patch

Unfortunately not. They are just the normal ones. It's ok though. I've started again from scratch and have finished the super jumps and a bunch of the boards and smashes. Just gotta keep at it I guess
