Account question

Hi everyone.

I have a small question: I made an account on EA to play BP online and I wanted to buy some car packs from Criterion Games through the Burnout Store. But when I login into the Burnout Store, it says that during my transaction there was an error and I have to try again. I entered my e-mail and password and after clicking on "Login" I get this.

I have another account with a different password and e-mail which works. And after I click on "Login", I can buy a car pack and I don't get this error. I use the first account to play online which also includes my serial number. Can I use the second account to order a car pack or isn't the bought pack going to be activated until I use the first account which I also use for online games and which includes my serial? Because my second account doesn't seem to have my serial of the first account, so I can't have the same serial for two accounts, right? What should I do?
