Default " $Online_invalid_persona "

"$Online_invalid_persona"MESSAGE COMES UP WHEN TRYING TO CONNECT TO"PARADISE CITY SERVERS" XBOX360

First off, had the game on pre-order and got it the day it came out, also had cagney and bikes. Got my Elite license, moved up to top 100 and got bored, it always worked fine, besides headset issues.

I recently downloaded the burnout 1.7 upgrade, legend cars pack, toy cars pack, and boost car packs.

When i started up the game everything was normal untill it tried to connect to the "Paradise City Servers"
then i got this message:

" $Online_invalid_persona "

-All my other EA games work fine
-I have deleted the update and redownloaded/installed it twice
-Changed the date on my xbox to 11/15/2005(as told to)
-Checked all ports.
-Checked all wiring
-Talked to ea tech (north america).
-I have also changed my online persona from my email to my Xbox Live tag on all of your website(EA UK, EA SPORTS, EA NA).

Any help in this matter would be grately appreciated.

Hi Larrymagoo,

Someone posted this up on our bugzilla database as a potential fix that may help yo. It requires you still have your Welcome email that you would have recieved from EA when you first created your Nucleus account. Can you give it a try and let us know how you get on?

Firstly, disable your registered EA account. (I did this by clicking on a link
within an email that is sent when you initially register.)

Secondly, run BOP and it should ask you to accept the terms and conditions
again; once accepted I was told that my EA account was disabled and that I had
to input a new email address - any valid one should do. Once this is done you
should be allowed to take BOP back online, if not go back to EA online and set
your persona to your xbox live gamertag and rerun BOP.

After doing some digging it appears we have already spoken to Larry direct, I will leave this work around here in the hope that it can verify whether this work around is functioning
