Strange paintjob

Hi everyone.

I see more and more people driving with this strange paintjob when I play online, which is amazingly bright. It looks like this:

Any idea what could be the cause? Or what it actually is? And maybe how to choose it for a car? In my screen the player has the GT Nighthawk, but it's usually black and its paintjob cannot be changed.

but the person who made the nighthawk go that colour knows how to do it with gloss colours but i only know the pearlescent

well you go an get that night hawk

me i shall just find other things again
then when i get bored change the color of my car

you can change the color of the gt night hawk and the toy one too
also all platinum cars can be changed and gold
but once changed they cant neva go back only to other colours and its a glitch
