Need help with paradise achievment on 360

Hey, got really far in the paradise city, going for elite soon :P, but theres one achievment i cant figure out which is " Criterion Fever " ive done everything my friends say to do but none of them work, any of u guys know what to do???

Isn't it simply a 'viral' achievement and you just need to race (and possibly beat) another gamer, across XLive, who has this 'fever' and the achievement. It should be unlocked in this way...

A great viral Achievement - Take down one of the developers to get this. This one would be really REALLY difficult if you could only Takedown the developers. Luckily this Achievement passes on from players who have Taken Down the team, from what you guys have said this should be pretty easy
