Xbox are probably having some difficulties. I'm guessing that it may be to do with:
a) Something to do with Live. b) The fact that Xbox (microsoft) controls the game servers rather then what Sony does. That is tell the Programming company (in this case Criterion) to create a server to run online games from. Microsoft may have to spend time converting some of the code.
