Default Racing Wheel Support

Hi,
Does anyone know if there will be any support for racing or steering wheels (whatever you prefer to call them)? I am more interested in if it is for the 360 because I have the Wireless Racing Wheel, but if anyone knows of the support offered for other consoles then this could be posted, as it is informative to others as well...

Thanks,
Maxen13

Not sure about that one. It isn't listed over at the Xbox site (here) so I'm presuming it isn't supported.

Ok. Well thanks for looking. I am browsing other sites so might just see it somewhere, but otherwise it'll probably be that "no, it is not supported..."

I checked the Sony Website for Paradise and it actually has a list of compatible accesories for the game and the only things it says are its compatible with Playstation Network and the SIXAXIS controller. Therefore, if the PS3 won't be compatible with a wheel, I doubt the 360 will. However, the 360 has its own specific Racing Wheel, so maybe there is hope...

Default Logitech Force FX Steering wheel works but..

The logitech Force FX steering wheel works unfortunately the break pedal actives "reverse' instead of the break.

Anyone else tried it?

This is true when using the control pads, too! When you're moving, L2 will slow you to a stop (brake) and when you're stationary L2 will reverse your vehicle .

I know someone who has a G25 for the PlayStation 3, and it works fine with the BurnOut demo, so I imagine that will be true for the full game, too.

Phenom,

I meanted the Logitech Driving Force EX. (http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/ga...s/272&cl=us,en)

Don't suppose you know if this wheel will be correctly supported in the full version? Its the only one currently available for the PS3 in Australia.

I should imagine so. I'll try and get confirmation for you, though.

Thanks, Phenom for looking into it.

I'm almost sold on the game. The demo was the perfect sales tool!

The brake is killing me though. If the break on the Logitech doesn't actually activate the break but only the "reverse" then I can't do a burnout!!! And I love the burnout part of the game. It makes going around corners more enjoyable.

Hey,
Thanks for finding that information. I was just curious, really, and thought that maybe someone else wanted to know what wheels were supported, so I started this thread and I'm glad I did. Thank you, again, because not even the games pages had the information listed...

Thanks,
