What Steering wheels are supported in BurnOut: Paradise?
PS3
Logitech Driving Force Pro, Logitech Driving Force Ex and Logitech G25 USB Racing Wheels are supported.

Xbox 360
Xbox 360 Wireless Racing Wheel (and compatible).

How do I Power Park in BurnOut Paradise?
To "Power Park", you must e-brake, 180 degrees, into a parking spot by the side of the road. Once you've parked, wait a second for your parking to be assessed and your Power Parking percentage to be awarded.

Key points;

The parking spot can be anywhere in the city, as long as it is parallel to the road.
You must park between two parked cars.
Speed isn't everything (3rd gear is enough).
Try not to hit any of the parked cars (otherwise you will receive the message "Power Parking Denied!")!
Try to be within the white line and the curb.
Try to park as 'straight' as possible (parallel to the white line/curb).

If you satisfy all of the above criteria, you'll achieve 100% (the perfect score).

What are Road Rules and how do I challenge them?
Road Rules come in two parts (Time and Showtime), and they are present on every street in Paradise City. You must have completed four events (offline) in order to challenge the Road Rules.

You can check the status of the Road Rules when free-roaming the city by cycling through the d-pad's 'up' menu, which will show you the best; Offline Time, Online Time, Offline Showtime and Online Showtime records (in that order).

You can also check the status of your Road Rules from the map; choose 'Road Rules' and then either 'Time', 'Showtime' or 'All.'

The street signs change colour depending on the status of the Road Rules on that street:

For offline street signs;
Red indicates that you have yet to complete either the Time or Showtime Road Rule for this street.
Silver indicates that you've completed either the Time or Showtime Road Rule for this street.
Gold indicates that you've dominated this street.

For online street signs;
Red indicates that nobody has challenged this street's Road Rules.
Silver indicates that one of your friends own a Road Rule on this street.
Gold indicates that you own a Road Rule on this street.

How do I challenge a Time Road Rule?
To challenge a Time Road Rule, you must press up on the d-pad (which will make the street sign at the top of the screen change from green to red, silver or gold, depending on how much of the road you've 'ruled') and the current 'best time' for that street will appear at the top of the screen.
Then, in order to challenge this time, you must drive the enitre length of the street. A timer will start from 0:00 as you enter the street and it will finish when you reach the end of the road. If you beat the target time, you'll break own the Time Road Rule for that road, a message will appear on screen and the street sign will change colour (from red to silver, or silver to gold).

How do I challenge a Showtime Road Rule?
To challenge a Showtime Road Rule, simply press L1 & R1 (LB & RB) at anytime, from anywhere in the world, to start a Showtime event and beat the record score. If you start Showtime while in another event, the event will be cancelled.
The street from which you triggered the Showtime event will be the Road Rule you are challenging. The current best score for the event (and who owns it) will be displayed beneath the street sign, at the top of the screen.

Your score is the sum of the damage you've caused and the total distance you've travelled (which is multiplied by 100), multiplied by the amount of buses you've hit.
Score = damage($) + (distance(m) x100) x multiplier.

How do I complete the "Paid and Displayed" achievement?
To complete this achievement you need to find (and enter) all 11 of the Multi-story Car Parks (MSCP).
