Worst.Respawns.EVER

I'm an avid Burnout Paradise player, had it on the Xbox 360 and now i have it on the PS3, i took a break from playing it for a few weeks though because i was moving house and doing some other stuff with work

Well anyway last week i updated the game, i'm roughly 35 races away from earning my elite license and i'm trying to get the Road Rage races out of the way as i've sort of avoided them as i find them to be easy

To cut it short, since this update, the respawn of the car once you've done a Road Rage is now explicably lalalala. Some people may not know what i mean here, but when you takedown a car on a Road Rage event, the camera pans onto the car you took out and shows it smashing into a wall etc. and then it respawns you into the middle of the road

Before the update, the respawns were good, they always seemed to put you on the right side of the road with the rest of the on-going traffic and away from other cars

Now with the new update, i think i have respawned like that ONCE

The last several times i've respawned i've respawned on a RAMP and gone flying off the highway, i've respawned INTO A BUS and the best one of all is when i respawned sideways in the road and was on the other end of a T-Bone takedown

This is making the game feel virtually unplayable because of this and it's absolutely frustrating

Am i the only one encountering this problem???

I've been finding for a while now that a lot of times when I respawn, I am either going head-on into traffic or towards a wall/building.

Here's one that I never understood - If I crash off Rockridge cliff, I respawn at the bottom yet if i crash going into the quarry, I respawn just before the entrance to the quarry.

Oh and I certainly know what you mean. Even worse, there seem to be a timeout. What I mean is, imagine you do a Road Rage and you end up near the Quarry at the cliff. You then try to jump down there, hit the ramp, crash. Now if you are unlucky, you flyyyyyyyyyy .... You obviously lost a "life" because of the crash. But it seems to reset you sometimes midair or on top of ie other hills or something which crashes you again.

Know what i mean ?
