Possibly one of the most suspenseful games of the season, the teams simply complemented eachother, playing flowing and attacking football. Notts were making constant runs in the box but simply couldnt get past Pepe Reina. Torres was key to liverpool, constantly playmaking and opening up opportunities before they were shut down by the Notts defence, who were perfectly positioned. The zonal type defence that Liverpool use was utilized by Notts, but they just couldnt find the net today. It will be quite the encounter when these two teams meet again.

Chelsea Vs Notts County

The game started with unbelievable electricity. Nottlalalala the game off with an early goal which seemed like Chelsea wasn't even on the ground. Bevan scored off a great header that was crossed in by Galvan. The game looked like an open and shut case with the first half ending with Chelsea only having 30% possession and down 2-0 despite being 4th on the table. The second half was a little more optomisticially viewed by chelsea, when Kalou got a shot in early at the second half, yet was tapped over the bar by the vigilant Sergio Assenjo. Notts came on the counter attack with 3 more goals, all scored by Novo Ramirez, a further goal was scored in the 78th minute by Perona Funes to see Notts come away with a 6-0 win, there highest of the season.
