Start of yet another diet attempt.
Yip. Yet another crazy idea of mine. Wanting to lose my spare tyre, it seems to just sit there annoying me.
I find eating healthy hard so I have chosen a deit that means I can still eat the phone I like without limiting myself.
Atkins.. No carbs.. I can manage that. I dont eat pasta very often, the only carbs I eat is potato and bread.
Start weight: 176lb (12st 6)
Goal weight: 140lb (10st)

as for dieting...hmm i think hardcore exercise is the best bet, althoguh when i first started going for runs it took me a week to actually beable to run without getting a stitch every time
