Xbox Live and Things I would Like

My free one-month trial ended a couple of week ago now and I'm working out what to buy next. I would like to buy The Lost and Damned addon pack to GTA IV and Rob Drydeks Fanasty pack for skate 2. Both of those add up to 2200 points which costs about 18 quid. I would also like to buy Need For Speed Most Wanted which sell for about £15. I would also like a new phone which will cost a fair amount so the question is which do I buy first and in what order do I buy the rest?
All of that added together is above £100 so I have to decide which one I want the soonest.
It's a hard choice...
