Video Problems

First time I tried to play I got this. The Screen resolution in 1280x768 an so far this is the only time I've experienced something like this. I have to ALT-F4 to exit.

Try the actual Heroes forum on the Heroes site. Nobody uses this one because that one is a easier for players to access.
