Has just gone live. I'm installing now, hopefully it will be a bit of fun while we wait for the real thing.

Yeah I was also in the first beta didn't play too long.

Well I never even got to play a game. After all the lalala setting the game up, it always said there were no servers that fitted my skill level. Typical EA on-line play. Un-installed and gone. I'm seriously considering NOT buying BF1943 straight away in case the servers are lalala for that too.

I was in the first beta (Closed) and i only played it a few times, then when they did updates. Its not my cup of tea.
