Wikipedia is your friend.

On the other hand, Electronic Arts' new "Play 4 Free" model may not be. They couldn't sell adware to us in 2142 so now they are going to do what every other adware vendor has done and are giving it away "for free". It also goes to show just how reliant EA is on formulaic games whose roots were first implemented and tested by other, more innovative (and therefore less risk adverse) companies than themselves.

"Oh look! Cartoony TF2 sold like hot cakes! Let's get us some of that action too!"

Cartoon graphics/lots of advertising? Alongside the usual assualt/sniper/spec ops classes you'll probably be able to play the new 'bonzai buddy' class - a purple cartoon ape who doesn't fight, but offers useless assistance to everyone else while secretly reporting their internet usage :P

I am quite looking forward to this.

I have never played any of the Battlefield games before so I am probably the kind of person this is aimed at.

I can't wait for this game - it looks so much fun!

Nice way to burn some time.

the more i read and hear about this game, the more i understand that its JUST a cartoon game and has nothing to do with battlefield, besides being called that way (EA's way to promote a game)

That's pretty ignorant, what reason is there to make a game with a different name? DICE wanted to make a cartoon shooter and DICE made the Battlefield franchise, hence, Battlefield Heroes. It's a logical choice.
