Introduction
------------


Hello all, this is a little introduction to what this post is all about. Basically, the bf2 Community is looking for Admins.
Admins who are loyal, trustworthy and are able to make the correct choices at the right time.
We do not need people who are immature, unable to make correct actions and are abusive.
as we run bf2 servers and 2142 servers.


What do the Admins need to do?
------------------------------


Admins are needed to help function the community and push it in the correct way. For instance,
if there is a problem on one of the servers, the admins are there to sort the situation out quickly and correctly.
Here is a list of some of the characteristics we are looking for in admins:

(1) Able to provide some of his/her time about 3-5 days a week to make sure the community is running smoothly.
This includes making sure the server rules are being played correctly. I understand that you all have your own lives to run,
that is way I state about 3-5 days of just popping in making sure everything is ok.

(2) Able to make sure all requests/complaints from the end-user are looked through correctly to make sure the end-users
request/complaint has been taken onboard on the same day it has been made. If not the same day, then hopefully done during that same week.
If ignoring any requests, that would put a bad name on the community.

(3) Must be mature and calm when a situation comes up.If any new player asks for any assistance, do not push them away and state “noob”,
help them out in every aspect of the game that they wish to learn.

(4) Understand the phrase "keep this information private".
Distributing confidential information without permission is a breach of the Data Protection Act 1998 (UK),
and you may be prosecuted for it.

(5) Make yourself available for anyone to contact you either on teamspeak or IRC or any other contact info you gave to the top admin.

(6) Make sure you check for all the updates within Multiplay and the Community because I will not be chasing everyone to tell them some news.
You will need to check for the updates on the administrator forum and or the community website.

(7) Must follow all the rules that have been made to represent the loyalty of the community.

( Must not abuse any admin or any user such as;
Verbally abuse them
Kick/Ban any user for a stupid reason
Racism
Kick for friends to come into the servers
Enforce any own rule. Rules must be made as a team.
Acting as god because you have admin.


Chances of Acceptance
---------------------

(1) all new admin's will be on a 4 week trail to see how you get on.

(2) Your chances of acceptance are a 50/50. Reasons being this are that if you are constantly not communicating with the community,
you never show up and you are arrogant, you will have a low chance of acceptance. If you are constantly online with the community,
always nice a respective to all members and are always willing to help out, you will have a high chance of acceptance.
Communication plays a big part of a community, this is the way that if people needed to be contacted,
they wouldn’t have a problem contacting them, so being able to be on teamspeak, IRC and with an e-mail is a plus.

12. Any information such as hours you can provide or anything else you feel that is needed for us to know please state.

All the information you put into this application will be kept private and
will only be shared to the admins of Multiplay by you stating that it can happen.

Once I have received your application, please do not badger me stating, when will I be let in, or when will I get information received because it doesn’t help. I will private message you back once you are going to be accepted or not accepted instantly when the application has been reviewed and the choice decided.
