I haven't gotten a response from EA in 6 days so I decided to do a live chat. I told them my issue with "I am Bad company" trophy glitched on me. I got a quick response in my email and this is what EA support said.

It seems that EA is ressolving this issue and thats great but it does take a while for a response and you have to be patient. I hope they fix this problem ASAP. Added to the Electronic Arts support site and given INCIDENT NUMBER 091104-008938. Hopefully they will do something!!! My Awards have not been updating for some time now even though I spend countless hours playing the game so it's going to be impossible for me to unlock everything as it's not allowing me the achievements even though I have earned them?

You guys will get it soon enough just calm down. If you get any type of reply back saying your award should be unlocked by a certain day they will give you the award. If you dont see that message your going to wait until they say that because thats when they actually do stuff. Be patient lol

they just answered me again with this: Hello, Thank you for contacting Electronic Arts Customer Support. I have forwarded this issue on directly to DICE so they can unlock the award if deemed appropriate. I will let you know as soon as I hear something back. If you need further assistance please visit our knowledge base at http://support.ea.com. what should I do? they just kicked the ball back to DICE!!!!! |

I have recently been trying to get all of the achievements on bad company, and to do this i need all the patches/wild-cards/trophies. I have noticed that i have got the Transport Vehicle Trophy 7 times but i haven't received the Silver and gold patches?.. Do you know who i should contact or what i should do?
Please help! |

Some of you guys act so dumb. If you didnt get your transport vehicle patches its because you obviously didnt do both requirements and nothing is glitched other than some wildcards. And if everyone keeps posting saying they said it will unlock in a couple days it will stop flipping out lol wow ahhhhhh everyone ignores my freakin posts! lol
Luke redo one of the requirements you have to redo it and silver and gold comes up automatically its self explanitory |

When are they going to fix the sheer silliness of putting the achievement out of the hands of most players by making some of them crazy uber, like 52 kills, x kills in 1 second, running over people with boats, 20 headshots, etc.
I guess the day the take the 100% on expert guitar on 4 songs out of B:RB hunh. |

It seems that only a handful of EA support guys are fixing this problem and others don't have a clue. Hey itscamtheman, who is the guy who delt with your trophy glitch? I'm a do a live chat again and refer the EA support person who fixed the trophy glitch to him and maybe that will help. Give us his name please.

it's incredible that nobody helps us. why should anyone other than supernewbie to unlock the situation. this is unbelievable hold with no returns. has used this forum if the problem can not be solved. |

You do know that Supernewby hasnt been fixing them for around 2 months now. Have you opened a EA support question? UPDATE to my situation: An EA Rep has finally replied, however he asked me for my login, dob and zip code... Dont see how that can help but whatever. |
