Problem Linking accounts

i found out that in order to see your screenshots from battlefield bad company you need to log into your EA account on the bad company website.
so i did.
then it asks me to link up my PSN with my EA account so i enter my PSN (yes, i am 100% sure its the right spelling, its simple)
then it tells me that it failed (im gonna post the error message seperately)
you know how it talks about that email? well i havent got it and ive been playing online on ps3 forever now, so whats the problem? what am i supposed to do?

this is the message it gives me:

-Sorry, we can't find information about that PLAYSTATION Network Online ID
Before you can link your PLAYSTATION Network Online ID with an EA Master Account, you need to log in to any online EA game with your PLAYSTATION 3. Once that is done, check your email inbox at the address you used to sign up for your PLAYSTATION Network Online ID for an email from us describing what you need to do to link up your accounts.
Keep in mind, you may need to wait up to 24 hours for that email to appear, so be patient. Note, you can always come back to this page to re-trigger the email in case you missed it.-

there is a sticky on the 1st page of this forum on linking accounts,in it is a link 2 bfbc support and someone called ISSY,send a pm to issy and you should get your problems dealt with....best and fastest c.s ive ever dealt with.

Hey all,

I'm new to the forum, I have had the same issue LoL-Collateral. I opened an problem ticket with EA support and in about a day, they had it resolved. You might try that.

Well I have the same problem as the rest of you with receiving that e-mail, can this issy guy fix me up? Done everything and still can't get my f2000. I would be surprised if just posting on this forum gets the job done but its worth a shot. My psn account name is Mondo_Merve and the e-mail isthe same as my ea account. Please help me issy I would greatly appreciate it.

The message states that it can take up to 24 hours to receive the email. I haven't never received the PSN linking email in less that 24 hours (sometimes it takes a week).

If it's been more than 24 hours, contact EA Customer Service. They can also sort it out.
