Screen shots will not upload online

I have been playing BF: Bad Company lately and my game says when i take a screen shot that it has been uploaded or sent online and when i go to look at them online or save them to my profile they arent there and only two photos are visible when i look through all of my unsaved photos. The others just have a question mark box on them and i have tried 3 different web browsers (Safari, Explorer, Firefox) Can you guys please tell me what the problem is?
