Default A little hunt the Sniper Hint

Are you fed up of snipers shooting you by surprise, Well here's a way to spot them a mile away. Look around and you will see a huge Bright white light form around his position. and you can sneak up behind him and stab him.

I think the "bright white light" (aka Muzzle Flash) only shows when the sniper is using the Barrett M95 rifle. For the other weapons it is far less pronounced/noticeable.

What you're describing is a muzzle flash. Which basically happens when the bullet leaves the barrel. In which case, this bullet's probably flying straight towards your head, and there's no point even trying, if that's the case.

The main problem here is simple

If you see the muzzle flash and, in the midst of all the explosions, mortars, LMG and Assault Rifle fire, it actually matters to you then chances are you're the guy who has just been on the receiving end and are so dead you can't do jack s.h.i.t about it... If you're not that guy you just ignore it as less important than taking out the tank/chopper/MG turrets that are stopping you from doing something to win the battle.

If you are that guy and have just waited the eternity it takes to respawn, then you have a 99% chance of capping the SOB in the recon class you just selected, if he is still in the 'safe spot' he sniped you from(if he hasn't followed the "1 kill, then move" sniper handbook then he deserves to die and this does cover about 80% of snipers)

If you've not spawned as recon to counter snipe him then you have no grounds to complain when he kills you again as you expect others to pander to your needs!

A good sniper is a painful nuisance only as long as someone let's him be a nuisance because they CBA to remove him. The second someone wants to remove a sniper then it's generally very easy to do so.
