New Patch v522175 *UPDATE* - Page 48

If any of you, dear fellow readers, is considering either to get this patch or not, you may shoot your foot as well, it was crappy before, now it's even worse. Cannot connect EA is a standard msg, server browser inoperative, cant even do the old trick when you pressed "Cancel" after refreshing servers list to get the result faster with more low-ping servers.

Yeah, I'm pretty much lalalalaed.

a new bug appeared, it goes like this:
first i played on a server, then i left and then every server i connected was showing the "old" description of that very first server, lol, seriously DICE, this is ridiculous

Great patch. Server browser finally works fine. Now my requests for another one:

1. Team balancing enabled by default (really indispensable)

2. "aim down the sight" toggle (so we dont need to press zoom key again before sprint)

3. separate sensitivity for both infantry and vehicles

4. fix that M60 joke (is twice too strong)

Getting kicks when joining a server (when it did not before) - could this possibly be an issue with the R5 (or R6 - can't remember latest version) server files needing to be updated with the new clients?

Just a thought - but would have guessed it was QA'd with live R5 servers...

just FYI - Quad 9300, 8800gt, with Vista 64 & 8G ram...

I believe that server settings (Punkbuster) play an important role in connecting and staying connected to servers. See if you can stay connected to this server and let us know. I'm looking for feedback for my Server provider.

Looks like for steam update is live too... but first impression - bad. long tome ago I didn't had connection lost in 3 mins :/ i hope it's just unluck for 1st server

It would be nice to see a time-stamp on these updates. I'm not going to sift through 30 pages of lalalala to find a post with a timestamp.

havent been patched afaik but please remove the forced [] brackets around the clan tags also a PRIORITY update for comp play is an END OF ROUND TICKET SCORE

it's automaticaly downloaded, i use that beta steam UI

Since installing the patch im now getting "Lost connection from server" at the end of every round I play. Sometimes losing the stats, sometimes not.

Finnally they fixed some lalalala now just need to fix M1 grand not update to bronze silver or gold to get them awards the grand will transfer to m1a1 and noting for m1 grand IT NEEDS TO GET FIXED

Serverbrowser felt nice, fast refresh on servers and i got into the first game i clicked to join. Good shiet!

Dear Dice,

My trained monkey knows code. You should hire him to fix your lalalala ups. He also is keen in the QA department as well.

Dice is ruining there name each and every day. Keep on going, keep lalalalaing up a would be great game.

Thanks for excepting my money and giving us the worst online game in years.

Was hoping for a bit more in this patch... quite minor issues for the most that I see on the change list.

Browser needs a redesign to stop refreshing every server on earth as soon as you log on and give a option to refresh existing list or get new list.

Filter list need more options.

40mm noob tube still not nerfed & Carl Gustav still being abused.

Autobalance still not fixed.

Also patched and pre-patched players can all play together and dont get a a kick for old version. Just shows all changes are cosmetic or singleplayer. What a let down.
