i was about to delete the game off the harddrive... oh well i dont need the room yet, so i suppose i could leave it there for a couple of weeks t'c if this is real. save me reinstalling if/when it comes out.

As a very casual gamer (Ive had this on preorder and im not even rank 20 yet, goes to show u how much I've played), not interested in the stat whoring but playing as a team (which was also lacking most of the time, VOIP anyone?) i am quite bored of the same old maps. So kudos for stopping me uninstalling.

OR MAYBE THATS THE PLAN, stop the deletion, prime the promotion. (ekk bad rhyme)

besides, 2 sp maps converted to mp and 2 maps from bc1, sounds a bit disappointing, there's only 8 maps in bc1 mp, so why convert only 2? hmmm...surely they could do them all. That would be much more exciting.

Can't say I'm that excited about this rumor.

Indeed, but in the past you have commented on these things (such as the rumor Vietnam was going to be the same maps). Or was that Kalms? I forget.

IMO, if it's not true you should probably just deny it and get it over with. People are expecting 4 new maps before Vietnam now - if that doesn't happen, there will be many very disappointed people. Denying it now if it's not true would do less damage to EA than letting the rumor be.

BC2 SP : Sangre Del Toro & Heavy Metal

No one has told me what they are, and I havent asked, just talking a guess... be nice to see it happen, but who knows...

And now imagine what would happen if:
- there was no greed in todays game publishers/producers
- consoles were not golden cows yielding money for unfinished products
and they released map editor; We would have all SP maps modded to multi, existing maps balanced/changed to what they supposed to be, some classic maps remade for bc and tons of other maps.
