Still waiting for DICE to break the silence. As far as I can tell, nobody from the company has posted since 30 Mar.

so true
Exactly - 5 years on and the last patch took years to come out and they still havent fixed some aspects of the game.
They also charged £20 for special forces and £5 each AF and EF with 3 maps each - while still promising that they were working on basic flaws in the game - by the way, did they ever balance the hit reg boxes on the jets ?

Which is probably slowly becoming more far from the truth, the amount of absolute jabronies here is always amusing, yet it's also sad as you can imagine why DICE would avoid this place lately.

If dice reps would properly post things in the forum it would help.

Start.and.Lock.a.Topic.that.is.for.informative.pur poses.

Sticky.it.

It's lalalala having to run from the bf ea page to twitter to a blog to these forums to try and sort out what is going on w/the game.

MODS, take the forums back if it is such a horrible place for DICE to post info. Ban people, lock topics, DELETE topics. Not.That.Hard.

DICE abandoning these forums is childish on their part. They are the ones who got us used to reading these for info, now they won't come around here because it's too scary? Please. Take your football and go home after we've all paid $50? Cllllllllllllllllllllasssy!

You ever stop to think that it is attitudes like yours towards them that stops them from posting here? I know I sure as hell wouldn't want to post here as a Dice employee.

Yeah, because of the immature, respect less little MW2 boys, yelling and moaning, crying and reacting like Kindergarten folks.
Well played DICE, if I were you, I would've done the same.

We haven't abandoned anything and DICE offices were closed from Thursday of last week til today, we are working on the list of bugs we have as some have correctly mentioned before.
I was spending more time here on the forums gathering information but since it isn't my job to be on the forums I couldnt spend lots of time here in the first days of last week as I had other tasks involving the game itself to deal with. This is why we are interviewing for a Community Manager so I can pass on the forums to them as well as having them handle a bunch of other tasks I currently handle along with my Producer tasks.

We are also currently trying out R9 servers with some server providers and a new client update is due in the near future. It is likely it will slip into next week as we don't release clients at the end of the working week just in case the worst should happen.

More info on R9 servers and the client once they have been finalised.

Awesome, thank you for the update.

I think part of the problem is there are so many topics started on the same subjects (I blame forum mods for not consolidating topics/deleting as needed) There is just a sea of garbage to wade through for any hint of info.

It didn't help my feelings on the game to see the twitter post from d99 saying something about making fraudulent client updates so we think that the game is still being worked on. While I believe what he meant was DICE is still working on the game and we all need to calm down and perhaps an "update" would ease our doubt, it can come across as "to heck w/the unwashed masses, we'll give them a fake patch and placebo effect will shut them up for a week"

Baza you do a great job doing something that apparently is not your job to do! Hopefully the community manager can gelalalahe mods and clean up the pointless posts/edit some stickies and keep this place a source of info.

Sometimes we forget DICE employees have families and need time off.
Hope you enjoyed the break Baza. Welcome back and looking forward to the patch. hopefully some performance improvements will come.

You implying that people who spend 50 Euro/$ or more on a game can't expect nothing else than what is in the box yes? Ok, fine by me, but if so then I expect the product to be top notch and working since it is final version and I am not paying for testing.
If not then people have right to expect some info on whether the bugs will be fixed and if the company is still working on repairing the game or rather should they move on to something else.
