Hun
I now wish I was back home to install it on my machine. The Beta install went smooth for me. It would be upsetting if the live was bad.
I guess I will have to see how my brothers system installs it.

Beta was fine for me.been looking around the forums and seems a few are having the same issue.

Remember the patch for BF2 that messed the sound up,DICE had to release an hot fix.

Yeah
I guess that I will find out soon enough how it goes for my brother.
Unfortunately; it will probably be a few days before I can install it on my system. Maybe by that time it will not be a problem.

How stupid am I?EA - ::Battlefield Franchise::

"Also, as requested by match broadcasting groups we have separated the Commanders voice volume from the Sound Effects so you can keep the explosions and gun fire without the Commander interrupting the broadcast."

That sneaked right past me

Just want to add that after installing the full patch not the incrimental, i too suffer from the lack of sound from com rose, not that it affects the game much in any way.

ooo my bad, sorry i mis-took the problem. I thought you were not hearing the faint 'ticks' you get or used to from the com rose menu when selecting you option to click like either Medic, Enemy Spotted, Follow Me, etc etc etc. Im sure I used to have a faint ticking noise as my mouse curser flicked through them... Unless it was all in my head, then its quite embarrassing. LOL

I still get the sounds you're talking about like "Enemy Walker" etc coming through my speakers from other players. Sorry for your hassles, this game is a pain init. Hope you get it sorted soon.
