Where To Enter The Prepaid Or Download Code In The Ea Store

hi
well i just thought i should make this as well to see if anyone is having this problem
i recently bought NS from www.play.com
and the sent met he cd case along side a download code with instruction as how i can get it
i downloaded the ea link software
launched it logged in using my ea account details
after that i we to ea store through ea link
and now i cant find where to enter the download code

IN THE INSTRUCTION IT SAYS ENTER THE CODE IN THE TOP RIGHT HAND CORNER PREPAID TEXT BOX and i swear to you guys there is no such thing on that website so i called play.com up and they say its not there problem contact ea which i did still havent gotten a decent reply instead they ask me if i have ever play a game before???

SO SOME ONE PLZ HELP ME AND TELL ME WHERE TO ENTER THE DOWNLOAD OR PREPAID CODE????
SECONDLY IS THE DOWNLOAD CODE AND SERIAL KEY THEY SAME THING???

Can't help with the rest, since my copy of NS installed with no problems (yet...), but the download code and serial key are the same thing.

but i downloaded NS FROM Another site
but the problem now is
that i installed it
but it didnt ask for a serial key or anythin whats up with that????

I'd uninstall it if I were you. Sounds like it's pirate.

do u know anywayz in which i can get a setup for northern strike
so that i can enter my download code in it
cauze as u knw cant download from the stupid ea store

Try this: go to EA store (http://eastore.ea.com/store/eaemea/e...isplayHomePage if you're in the uk), and click on Redeem an Activation Code on the right hand side of the screen. In the box that appears, enter the code for NS.

ok so i cliked on the redeam and activate code
after that i entered the download code with - after 4 charaters
and it told me to enter my email address and password which i did
and it worked dude u r the best i cant thank u enough
i cud say i love but that wud be weird seein as both of us r guys lol

but now my ea downloading software is bein a ***** as it doesn show anythin there fore i am uninstalling it and then ill reinstall and log back in to see if it worked

That's ok, it confused me a little when I installed it. Would be nice if EA gave us more info about how to install it rather than having to figure it out ourselves.

but now it says that its already isntalled and when i launch the battlefield 2142 game it doesnt work
says i have to get northfield to play port bravia
so i am uninstallin the whole of battlefield and then ill try from scratch again

Patch 1.25 over NS, that should fix it.

i installed the patch 1.25 after installing NS
still have the same problem it says that i have not installed NS
another problem is
my battlefield 2142 account is registered with my gmail account
and my NS is registered with hotmail account
is that whts causingt his problem????

Im not certain if it is but that could be. NS would need to be registered on the account and if you used a different email....

Have you tried switching your EA account info to your new Email adderess?
