help plz

hey all i needa lil help, i went to go online with 2142 i got told i needed to download a patch from ea so i went there i could only find i think it was 1.40 highway tampa beta or something like that and i downloaded it which made me able to play online but theres only like 4-5 servers with highway tampa as the only map there, surely theres more maps and servers for online gameplay how would i get more servers? do i need to download another update or patch? thanks all

I'm afraid there is a different patch, yes. The 1.40 patch is only a beta at the moment, and as a result there are only a handful of servers running it.

You need the 1.25 patch, which can be downloaded here:

Just click on "1.25 update".
