Register @ Fileplay to get it as "member", fastest site I know for patches/updates. I got it in 37 minutes (UK 10 mbs).

The gameupdates.org torrent is my savior. Everything else was only giving me 40 kbps; now up to 200+

forget all downloads,all of them are stopping halfway,just spent six hours trying,waste of time.no one will get anything for days,meanwhile all hacker sites will get the drop on them and start coding new cheats,because they can afford to pay for fast loaders, even EA downloader don't have the patch,torrents a joke'one week waiting yea rite'i doubt anyone has got it today 1st sept..WELL DONE EA!!!!

Theres 143+ seeds on the Pirate bay torrent.
The PB tracker is down so it shows 0 on the site
but the torrent has open trackers in it so works fine.

The sites are getting hammered thats why they're dropping downloads. Same thing happens when popular game demos are released regardless of the publisher.


Use a torrent client or Fileplanet's downloader that supports resume.
Fileplanet client connects to 1 of several mirrors available.

It doesn't matter wether the hack designers get the patch today or next week, hacks are going to appear and the faster we download won't do anything to stop that.

Just wanted to say, I have half of the ReplayIRC.com servers seeding the torrent file. It's the best way at this point to get the patch. Much of the HTTP transfers are bogged out.

sorry for double post. Editing for some reason put my browser into an endless loop redirect.

Make sure DHT, Peer Exchange and Local Peer discovery is turned on.



I have put the file up on the USA ReplayIRC server mirror: http://files.replayirc.com/index.php?act=view&id=23 (100mbit/sec port). If you decide to use a download manager on this link - please limit it to two concurrent connections on the file download. Download Managers that open up multiple threads use up slots of other people out there wanting to download the same file.

What do you mean under "ont required"? I'm hosting the server for my team. And as long as everyone updated the game we are unable to play on our server till the update.
I'm sure it is somewhere.

Just to let you guys know, we have updated our links and we have multiple of up to aprox 20 links for the patch. We keep getting emails in regards to links and such. So if anyone has links they would like to give that we don't have please leave it here in this thread.
