Why can I only get 1 Meritorious Service Medal?

Once you meet all the requirements for a second time, you get awarded it at the start of every single round. So actually, you can get unlimited

I havent got 2000 repairs, but I know thats a fact because other people have reported it...I now get the same with the Medal of Valour - every single round, I get awarded that medal again!

Maybe its like purple heart it show only 1 even if You have can it more than one time
