If someone stands in front of the plane because they didnt get it then the plane takes off and kills the guy on the runway the player will not be able to punish the pilot and the pilot will not lose any points.
This only works for the plane and only while it is doing its take off from the runway. So if you run over someone with a jeep on the runway you'll lose points and can be punished. You can't fly low and TK someone on the runway either.

Well Baza, you have opened the flood gates now so don your helmet and flak jacket....

Firstly, thank you for the update, as long as its coming I'm happy.
Secondly, and this may appear selfish of me, but can anything be done with the hacked accounts that some of us poor souls have been burdened with?

Hacked accounts will be dealt with by EA Customer Support but each person will need to contact them individually, it wont be an automatic process.

I know a lot of things aren't in the update that people would like to be there but the main focus is securing the accounts and servers again.

No sir, that is not correct at all.

Chengdu J-10 - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

F-35 Lightning II - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Note I hate wiki, but it's moring at my house so bear with me

The criticism of the F-35 has been dismissed by the Pentagon and manufacturer. The USAF has conducted an analysis of the F-35's air-to-air performance against all 4th generation fighter aircraft currently available, and has found the F-35 to be at least four times more effective. Maj Gen Charles R. Davis, USAF, the F-35 program executive officer, has stated that the "F-35 enjoys a significant Combat Loss Exchange Ratio advantage over the current and future air-to-air threats, to include Sukhois". The Russian, Indian, Chinese, Indonesian, Royal Malaysian and other air forces operate Sukhoi Su-27/30 fighters.

Can you elaborate on what exactly has changed about AA baza? We don't want to see a return to the 1.2 crazy AA. Also, are these all the changes? In the open beta, will there be room to suggest more changes?

I'de presume you can kill them enemy though? (skimming over the carrier decks and seeing bodies fly off in all directions always cheers me up)

Also, any comment on chopper seat switching?

Could you remind me, what "the 1.2 crazy AA" means? Was it possible to hit a plane or something in 1.2? W00T!

Questions:

- Will we see support for widescreen resolutions?
- Is there any bugfixes coming with the update?
If yes:
- Is the CTD bug when picking up a kit fixed?
- Is the "server info" bug fixed? Ie. server name/ip/graphic not showing on the loading screen/"server info tab" on the scoreboard list.

And btw, is that changelog really true? Ie. NO april fools joke? Its not 1st of april now, but I got to wonder, heh..

I know, I know. But I really want to see that server info bug fixed. We have other bugs, a lot of other bugs, but none of them can be seen so easily as this "server info" bug. I see it EVERYTIME I want to play. I hope it wont be so hard to fix it so that they can actually fix it. I really want this bug fixed - remember it was introduced with Patch 1.3 long back..

============
Update v1.50
============
FEATURES
- Additional support for Windows Vista.
- Added Highway Tampa as a required map.
- Added a new map called Operation Blue Pearl.
GAMEPLAY TWEAKS
- Changes made to both the J10 and F35B to make them more balanced. Please note that the J10 is a superior dogfighter to the F35B and as such these two aircraft will never be equally matched.
- AA targeting tweaked to make it more effective.
- Added checks to prevent "runway grieving".
- Various changes made to prevent cheating.
- Tweaked the hit detection, hits will be more accurate to the model.
There is no information on which hacks we have dealt with or how but there are quite a few. There is also another item missing from the list for legal reasons and will be a case of knowing it when the update comes out for Beta.
Are Macros also defined as cheating? Will they be included in this update as something players cannot use? And, will widescreen support be added to this game?

Thanks Baza & co. Hope the final stages & beta go well, I really do!

I'd just like to re-iterate the question - true widescreen support, yay or nay?
