BF2 Update 1.50 Security Features - Page 11

Can a tweak be done to the boats in BF2? Meaning, if the boats get flipped upside down make it lose its health at a pace to where stat padders cannot use it to their advantage having unlimited repair. Or, make it so that there has to be someone in the drivers seat so that repair points count.

Same goes with the cars that get dumped into the water. Either make it to where the cars health goes down faster then normal. Or do not make repair points count if there is no one in the drivers seat.

Seen idiots do this primarily on Wake only based servers quite a bit.

I was under the impression that there had to be someone else in a vehicle for you to get repair points for it (I know its a fact for land vehicles, don't know about boats)

I think you flip the boat, move to a different spot in the boat and start wrenching. Not sure about it, but I think that's how it works.

Correct, that's how it's been done. There's the ice cream truck into the water trick, where you press f3 or f4 to switch to the back seats. Then have at it with the wrench for hours on hours.
