Xbox 360 or PS3 Users getting "game appears to be unavailable" error

Please help our Tech guys isolate this issue. If you could always connect, but now for some odd reason get the error message "game appears to be unavailable" please copy/paste the below template and fill out your details. Please do not post anything other than this to ensure a clear record our tech guys can reference to resolve this.

Do not respond if you don't get the said error please!

Time lest tried to connect with the above issue happening: It's happening right now, also occurred on October the 28th and has happened a few other times. Basically it happens randomly. Last night I could play fine and the other day I could play fine, but other times it just won't work.

Time lest tried to connect with the above issue happening: Last night, tried multiple times to get into quick match but wasn't able to. I was able to get into Air Superiority though. I've never had any trouble connecting to quick Match.
