How can I achieve trophies???

I have been playing Battlefield1943 on the PS3 for sometime now and would like to know how to achieve trophies. I am now at Gold Master Sargeant level and keep getting very good scores, medals, stamps etc but cant seem to work out what I need to do to achieve these damn trophies!!

Any help would be appreciated!!
