Will kills in trial count to 43m and larger text?

Th first question should not be tht difficult,will people with trial versions be contributing to the 43 million target, but the second one does. I think my TV is an 18in SD,but the text in the top left seems a bit small to me. The text that appears when I kill someone is still small, but at least I can read that. Might there be a patch where the size is increased or an existing/future option where I can change the size?
