Last night we implemented a fix for the stats problem. Most of you should see your proper stats now.

We're still fine tuning it a bit, but it should be an improvement.

The veteran's will come in a server side patch, which I don't have a date for.

We're working on the website search functionality now.

one step at a time like that makes me think you guys were way under prepared for launch. is that right or did it just break afterwards?

Yes, we've been slow about fixing site items. I haven't anything more to say about that other than sorry. If I could get fixes faster, I would. Unfortunately, and for reasons I can't disclose, I wasn't able to get site fixes in sooner.

We are working on fixes for the worst of the items now though, so hopefully you'll see improvements in the coming weeks, starting with this week. The login fix is one of them. You will see some changes to items that are less critical as well.

Also, just to clear the air, we don't have a preference for 360 over PS3. The PS3 stats issue one of those completely bizarre bugs that have baffled both the webteam and the stats team.

This is all good news to hear. I am glad that I am now able to log in now and check things.

What is up with the My Post Cards? What exactly is supposed to be there? We can see the post cards listed under the awards. So what exactly is supposed to be in the other section?

I still notice that I am missing my MC and Heroes medals as well. Is that going to be a part of the Veterans issue or is it just addressing the BF1943 medal being turned on?

On another note: With this Veterans issue. Are you all also looking into the Veteran issue for the BC game as well. I still can not get all my accounts/gamertags that are linked together to reflect the full Veteran status.

Wow how to put this. I bought a game that I would love to play, but for some reason I can't. It tells me it can't find a game. If you could fix that it would be great. I don't have money to waste on lalalala I can't use.

Hey, Vector, thanks for the welcome back. It's been busy.

The 1943 vets won't be working until a 1943 server side fix is done. The BC vets issue is an item separate from the 1943 site and on hold at the moment.

Ops_Blue - When the site launched xbox stats and login were working. PS3 stats were working on and off and we were having a hard time finding out what the issue was. At some point, both login and stats broke down, but we've fixed them now.

We've fixed the search function and the site will be down for maintenance soon, for a few minutes while we do a bit of work.

Game issues - I don't work on the game issues. This thread is only for website feedback. I believe there are other threads for the game issues, so you should post in those. It's actually harder for us to look at issues if they are posted in the wrong place.

The Soldier seach function should be working now.

Several minor changes went in as well:
Soldier names on the site are in a smaller font, so you can see the full name.
The "Send Postcard" should show a winner now.
In "My soldier" your favorite kit, weapon and vehicle should be correct.
Etc.

We have updated the round sticker in the header to link you to the pre-order of the 1943 PC version, if you are so inclined. There is also a BC2 promo on the home page, in case 1943 players are interested in BC2 as well.

Thats good to know about the BC vets issue. Just as long as it is working by the time BC2 comes out.

I did just notice that today on the BF1943 site my Vet status went up to 5 as my Heroes medal is now lit up.
I also noticed that you all must have changed the way the BC medals there are done. I only see the Gold edition which I have. It used to show both the regular and gold medals with only the gold being lit up. I wonder what would happen if I was to buy a regular one and register it. If it will show up as well.

Anyways the MC medal is still grayed out. Not sure why that is. I see other people that have it lit up. I wonder if I have to play the game online again like I did to get it working on the the main Veteran site. I might try that later on tongiht.

Are you trying to just view the image by copying the address and opening it in the address bar. Like this.

Also are they showing up on your page as like a little white box with a red X in it?
If so it is most likely an error with that particular image for the AA gun.

When I attempt to search my player name in the leaderboards it can't find me. When I search my buddies names, who are further down the ladder than me they come up no problem. Any thoughts?

When you compare your soldier with another, it brings up both of your main stats, that image there is the postcard you can send to someone.

Hi, I'm kinda new around here...just wanted to know if its possible to see my vehicle stats, for example how man car kills I have or how many hours I've been playing in a tank or plane. If this feature doesn't exist I just wanted to know if your planning or thinking about it or if its something you guys don't think necessary. Thanks for the attention and a big thank you for treating your fans so well!!!

It is the one on the BF1943 site.

So that is where the "Send Postcard" is at. I think that I may have to try that out later with one of my friends from my list.

Have you tried a different browser? Like if you use IE then try FireFox. Maybe delete all your cookies and data for the browser, if you have not already.
