Please patch the Quickmatch!!!!!

PLLLLLLLLEEEEEEEEAAAAAAASEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!

Its near impossible to find any online games since GTA was released. It was pretty hard before, but now i only ever get about one game a night and lots and lots of sitting around waiting.

This sucks for one big reason: I LOVE THIS GAME ONLINE.
I have an addiction to it... and right now i can't get my fix

Seriously though;

Reading various forums... there ARE still plenty people around the world who enjoy this game online... but all of them say the same thing 'its great... WHEN you can find a match'.... or 'when its not laggy'.

Can you losen up the algorythm in quickmatch or whatever... make it find more people to play with... and faster.
And give us some on screen feedback to how many players its found, or how many more players it needs beore it can launch a game... in stead of just the empty searching for games screen.

Something is clearly very broken in the game finding and it would be very cool if it was fixed.
Its my only gripe with this game.
If i could find games instantly i would never ever be forced to give up and play anything else.

I am still having problems with this.
I can very rarely find games any more :-(

Watching my recent players list shows that there are people out there. When i select quickmatch four players pop into the recent players list on the xbox dashboard blade.... but it fails to find a game.

I really think that this shows that something is going wrong with the match finding.

Also the custom match lobbies fail to fill up anymore :-(

One very odd thing i have noticed is that my first attemtp to find a game in an evening is always successful.... infact it always finds a match very quickly... almost instantly in some cases.
However... as soon as this game is over the quickmatch or custom match fails to find other players.
Its almost like something breaks after a game ends.???

There are LOTS of people trying to play this game online. If you look at youtube clips of the game the comments show that new people are purchasing this game all the time. Also all the forums related to AO2 that i check are full of people saying that they cant connect though so it must be a game problem....... so lots of people wanting to play... but cant.

Hopefully this system is something that isn't hardcoded into the game and can be re-worked?

if the online service was fixed so it had a lobby system and no longer used peer to peer I would buy this game again...

the 2-3 games online I got to play I enjoyed.

but the sheer hassle of trying to get a game online and most of the time I couldn't get a game

perhaps one day it will be fixed or if they do Army of Two 2 they will do a better job of it online as I really enjoyed the game

the ao2 update fixed quick match as before says finding game session to join now says same thing then after few secs says so many out of 4 players found now so makes easy to get online match

Thats good that they patched it.
Is it just adding feedback or do you think the whole search process has been tweaked?
I hope someone can give me some info....
DOes it seem to work better?
Even if its just feedback i think it could help as people will be less likely to back out if they can see the game is nearly ready...
I haven't been able to play AO2 for a week now cos of work and i miss it :-(
