How i do it, is after i springboard from the first roof to the second, with the cops in my wake (at the begining of checkpoint C), i jump to the next roof and onto a box-like structure. By that time the first cop should be close. Jump up and just before your feet touch him, press the attack button. Try not to jump over him, though,
