I am pretty good. But not so much on some of the things on all fours. Some tips on vaulting Gloss_Reality, go really fast put on hand on the object your vaulting and really get your feet up. But not so far that your doing a hand stand. Coiling is good for shorter things. (I'm not sure though if that's a real parkour move. I just copied what it looks like in the game )

lol, thanks!

I need to work on my flexibility - i find it difficult getting my legs high enough for a speed vault. Also, when my leg gets better, i want to work on lifting my body weight

thats going to be difficult, methinks...
Could you give me some advice on what i
should have done in this situation, too?

Standing/precision jumps. I was standing on a balence beam, about a foot or two in the air, trying to jump to another, about a metre away on ground level. I jumped with both feet, but my right leg made it onto the beam, my left leg fell short. My right leg straightened fully and bent backwards, i think (I felt something go
pop). LOL! I am a clutz! I think i should have bent my legs and fall
backwards rather than
forwards...
Any tips? I can't walk too good at the mo, but i hope my leg heals for monday, so i can throw myself back into it!

(i hope.)
