I have some things to add here...

* Being able to perform disarms without having to wait in front of an enemy for him to melee you. And when enemies are stunned, you should definitely be able to disarm them as well.

* More moves, but NO free running. Free running will ruin the feel and atmosphere of the game which is: getting away fast. Free running won't have a place here. Keep it to parkour but add more basic moves.

In example: instead of having a long obstacle and jumping on it, running towards the end and jumping off; have Faith simply be able to perform a Kong Vault over it. Elaborate further on this adding more moves like the Dash Vault (maybe to take out enemies?) and Kash Vault for higher, longer obstacles for example. It would be nice to be able to choose which move you will use as well, but that's optional.

Also, the roll in the first game didn't look right. It seemed Faith rolled over her spine (head in roll) instead of a real parkour roll (rolling from shoulder to hip). She should be going more diagonal than straight.
