I realize that's not what most of us were wanting to hear, but Life's not fair and DICE have no control over the release of the game at this point. They did their job and got it finished in early June and now it is up to M$, Sony, and EA to determine when it will be released. I don't know what EA's fiscal year is, but July 1st is the start of a new financial quarter so it makes business sense to release it then or later. And EA is a business first and foremost.
