You are right ZonalFear. The on-board Graphics Chip is that persons issue. The person needs something better to run the game. So he would need to go out and buy a Graphics card for his PC. If it is a laptop then he would most likely need to get a new laptop that has a better GPU in it, as many laptops can not be upgraded easily.

The issues you explain sound like driver issues. You may need to do a clean install of them. Redownload the lastest driver from Nvidia. Then uninstall the driver making sure to completely remove every part of the driver. You can try something like
DriverSweeper to remove the driver. Just be careful to not remove the other drivers that you need just remove the video driver.
You could try turning the AA off for some of the issues. But the 8800GT should be able to handle 2x AA.
Also look to see what your temps are for the card. You can try
GPU-Z to see if they are getting high. High temps can also cause some of the issues that you explain. If this i s the case let us know and we can go from their with some suggestions for you after finding out how your rig is set up.

The only fix I have found for this issue is to do a complete reinstall of the game. I had this a few weeks ago. For me it would happen whenever I looked at the any other award besides the pins in the game.
I did my install in this order. Which seems to work the best for me.
BF2142 core game,
Patch 1.40, NS, Patch 1.40,
Patch 1.50.
