This is my only second post here, so let me introduce myself. I’m Andrew Marks, one of the QA (Quality Assurance) leads for FIFA 10, and work close to the Development team at EAC in Burnaby, Canada.
I’ve seen many people post here with issues they have had in FIFA 09. Unfortunately, a few issues (bugs/glitches) slip through the cracks in any Game's Development, and FIFA 09 was no exception. I’d like to take a look at them, but in order to do so I need the proper information to reproduce them.
I’d like to use this thread for you to post the issues you have had. Please note that I won’t get around to replying to every post, but will try to get to some of them, while hopefully getting to all of the major issues.
Also keep in mind that I can't comment on anything in future releases, so please stay away from those questions.
Please keep these in mind BEFORE posting your issues to this thread:- If the issue is new in FIFA 09 since the Ultimate Team update, or is an issue with Ultimate team itself, please post it to the Ultimate Team forum. Ultimate Team has its own Development & QA team. If you take a look at those forums the Producers and Mods have been very helpful at getting issues sorted out.
- If the issue could hinder/exploit online play, please send it in a private message and do not post it here.
When you have made sure of the above point, please include the following when posting your issue:- Please provide clear steps on how to reproduce the issue. Point form is preferred to large paragraphs.
- Provide as many details as possible. While things like teams/kits/formations usually aren’t specific to issues, the more info you give the more likely I am to reproduce it.
Once again, I’ll do my best to get to as many of the major issues as possible, so please keep follow everything above to make this possible.
