Dude almost everywhere in the world has the internet :-\ I hate when people say that about Australia so yeah stop being ignorant :P
Anyway yeah, it would seem the guys without lag are in the US. I'm talking about people outside the US, mainly UK and Aussie players (From what I have read, not saying the rest of the world is O.K because they lag too)
